UiPath RPA and process automation
We are a UiPath reseller: Studio, Orchestrator, Unattended robots, Document processing. The edition that fits rather than the dearest, configured and attached to your directory, and with a price and lead time before you decide.
What UiPath makes
UiPath makes software that takes over manual computer work: a robot logs in, takes data from one screen and types it into another. It is meant for work falling between systems with no integration, such as copying invoices or entering an order into two packages.
Why UiPath, and where it stops
UiPath is the choice when two systems cannot be tied together and somebody therefore retypes data daily: that work is predictable and so can be taken over. Where it stops: a robot clicking on screens breaks as soon as a screen changes. So pick a real integration first if one exists, and use a robot where it does not.

What the price depends on
We do not run a webshop, so there is no rate here that would not apply to your situation anyway. What is here is what the amount depends on, so you know what to send along to get one quickly.
- Model and configurationWithin one product line the gap between the entry model and the heaviest variant is large. Tell us what the device has to do and we pick the configuration that fits, rather than the most expensive one that would.
- The quantityOn a larger batch the per-device price comes down. Twenty at once is a different conversation from two, even when everything else is equal.
- What has to be on itA device delivered with your settings, software and security costs more than a box, and saves an installation day per unit. That is a choice, not a surcharge.
- Delivery and installationTo one address or to fifteen sites, with or without on-site placement, with or without taking away what was there. That difference is in the price and it is yours to steer.
- Buying or renting, and for how longThe same equipment can be a purchase or a monthly amount across three or four years. That changes not only the figure but where it lands in the books, and it is the conversation with the most in it.
What we do around UiPath
Anyone can buy a licence. Whether it returns anything depends on the configuration and on who keeps it current.
- The edition that fits, not the dearestWithin one suite there is a wide gap between the entry edition and the heaviest. We look at who actually works with it and for what; putting everyone on the dearest is the most common waste we meet.
- Configuration instead of installationNo device arrives, so the work sits in the set-up: who may do what, where the data sits, what happens when someone leaves. Left on its defaults, software like this does less than half of what you pay for.
- Attached to the user directoryJoining and leaving should be one action and not five. If the software hangs off the directory, access disappears on the day someone goes rather than at the next review.
- Renewal without surprisesWe keep the counts and the end date. A renewal that rolls over quietly on last year’s numbers is a bill nobody looked at.
What UiPath plugs into
What it hangs together with in practice. If you already run these, the brand fits onto what is there instead of beside it.

Frequently asked
Do you supply UiPath without management?
Yes. We supply and configure, and whether the management stays with us is a separate choice. What we do not do is resell a licence and leave the configuration to you.
Which parts of UiPath do you supply?
Studio, Orchestrator, Unattended robots, Document processing. What you need follows from who works with it and for what, not from the bundle with the most ticks.
Can you take over our existing UiPath licences?
Usually yes, and whether it works depends on how they were bought and when they expire. We start by establishing what runs and for how many people; at a handover that count is missing more often than the licences are.
