Frequently asked

Questions about working with us here

What companies in the region ask before they call.

Do you come on site in Amsterdam?

Yes. Our office is on the Zekeringstraat, so Amsterdam and the surrounding municipalities are quick to reach. Most incidents are resolved remotely, and where somebody does have to come out we give you a realistic time on the call.

Do you work outside Amsterdam?

Yes, we cover the whole of the Netherlands and Belgium. Amsterdam is our head office and where most client relationships start, but the service does not stop at the ring road.

Is your service desk based in the Netherlands?

Yes. The service desk sits in the Benelux and everything is picked up locally, including evenings, nights and weekends. Nothing is handed to a third party, so you never have to explain your environment to a company that does not know it.

How long does switching from another provider take?

It depends on the size, but the pattern is always the same: first the inventory and the documentation, then the on-call handover, and the rest last. What usually gets stuck is handing over passwords and contracts, so that is where we start.

Can I visit the office?

By appointment, gladly. Call +31 85 060 9347 or email info@itproposal.com and we will fix a time. Zekeringstraat 48, 1014 BT Amsterdam.

One conversation is usually enough to tell

Call, email or send the form, and we will work out together whether we are the right party.

A quick check that you are not a robot.
