Sage accounting and ERP
We are a Sage reseller: Sage Intacct, Sage X3, Sage 200, Sage HR. The edition that fits rather than the dearest, configured and attached to your directory, and with a price and lead time before you decide.
What Sage makes
Sage is British and, after SAP and Oracle, the largest supplier of business software in Europe. Intacct is the modern cloud accounting, X3 the ERP for manufacturing and distribution, and 200 the package for mid-sized business. In France and Spain the brand stands much stronger than in the Netherlands.
Why Sage, and where it stops
Sage reaches us most often at a company with a French or Spanish site where the package is already in place, and the question is then how it hangs off the rest of the landscape. We do the workplaces, the access and the integrations; configuring the package is the work of a Sage partner in that country. Where it stops and where it goes wrong: the older versions that run on a server of your own fall out of support, and then the question is not whether you migrate but when and with whom.

What the price depends on
We do not run a webshop, so there is no rate here that would not apply to your situation anyway. What is here is what the amount depends on, so you know what to send along to get one quickly.
- Model and configurationWithin one product line the gap between the entry model and the heaviest variant is large. Tell us what the device has to do and we pick the configuration that fits, rather than the most expensive one that would.
- The quantityOn a larger batch the per-device price comes down. Twenty at once is a different conversation from two, even when everything else is equal.
- What has to be on itA device delivered with your settings, software and security costs more than a box, and saves an installation day per unit. That is a choice, not a surcharge.
- Delivery and installationTo one address or to fifteen sites, with or without on-site placement, with or without taking away what was there. That difference is in the price and it is yours to steer.
- Buying or renting, and for how longThe same equipment can be a purchase or a monthly amount across three or four years. That changes not only the figure but where it lands in the books, and it is the conversation with the most in it.
What we do around Sage
Anyone can buy a licence. Whether it returns anything depends on the configuration and on who keeps it current.
- The edition that fits, not the dearestWithin one suite there is a wide gap between the entry edition and the heaviest. We look at who actually works with it and for what; putting everyone on the dearest is the most common waste we meet.
- Configuration instead of installationNo device arrives, so the work sits in the set-up: who may do what, where the data sits, what happens when someone leaves. Left on its defaults, software like this does less than half of what you pay for.
- Attached to the user directoryJoining and leaving should be one action and not five. If the software hangs off the directory, access disappears on the day someone goes rather than at the next review.
- Renewal without surprisesWe keep the counts and the end date. A renewal that rolls over quietly on last year’s numbers is a bill nobody looked at.
What Sage plugs into
What it hangs together with in practice. If you already run these, the brand fits onto what is there instead of beside it.
- LDAP and Microsoft Entra ID
- API and webhooks
- Microsoft 365 and Outlook
Delivered worldwide
We deliver in the Netherlands, Belgium and Türkiye from our own offices, and beyond that through our distribution partners. On a larger batch the per-device price comes down.
Frequently asked
Do you supply Sage without management?
Yes. We supply and configure, and whether the management stays with us is a separate choice. What we do not do is resell a licence and leave the configuration to you.
Which parts of Sage do you supply?
Sage Intacct, Sage X3, Sage 200, Sage HR. What you need follows from who works with it and for what, not from the bundle with the most ticks.
Can you take over our existing Sage licences?
Usually yes, and whether it works depends on how they were bought and when they expire. We start by establishing what runs and for how many people; at a handover that count is missing more often than the licences are.
