RingCentral cloud phone systems
We are a RingCentral reseller: RingEX, RingCX, RingCentral Rooms, Mobile app. Delivered with the settings already on it, installed where that is needed, and with a price and lead time before you decide.
What RingCentral makes
RingCentral supplies telephony as a service: there is no system in the building, the handsets and apps register with the platform. The offering covers calling, chat and meetings in one subscription, with a contact centre variant alongside. The CRM integrations are extensive and that is where the platform earns its keep.
Why RingCentral, and where it stops
RingCentral is defensible with several sites or many home workers, where a system in one building no longer makes sense. One numbering plan across all locations and an app doing what the handset does is the gain there. Where it stops, and with services like this that is the most important question: you move your telephony to a provider and your reachability hangs off your internet connection. A second connection belongs with that, and an agreement on what happens when the network fails. And the standing boundary: the subscription and the numbers stay with the provider; we do the configuration, the handsets and the management.

What the price depends on
We do not run a webshop, so there is no rate here that would not apply to your situation anyway. What is here is what the amount depends on, so you know what to send along to get one quickly.
- Model and configurationWithin one product line the gap between the entry model and the heaviest variant is large. Tell us what the device has to do and we pick the configuration that fits, rather than the most expensive one that would.
- The quantityOn a larger batch the per-device price comes down. Twenty at once is a different conversation from two, even when everything else is equal.
- What has to be on itA device delivered with your settings, software and security costs more than a box, and saves an installation day per unit. That is a choice, not a surcharge.
- Delivery and installationTo one address or to fifteen sites, with or without on-site placement, with or without taking away what was there. That difference is in the price and it is yours to steer.
- Buying or renting, and for how longThe same equipment can be a purchase or a monthly amount across three or four years. That changes not only the figure but where it lands in the books, and it is the conversation with the most in it.
What we do around RingCentral
Anyone can sign a licence. What it is worth depends on how it attaches to the rest.
- Configuration instead of installationNo device arrives, so the work sits in the set-up: who may do what, which queue hangs where, what happens outside office hours. Left on its defaults, software like this does less than half of what you pay for.
- Attached to what already runsThe value sits in the link to your CRM, your directory and your phone system. Without that link it is a second screen beside the first, and a second screen does not get used.
- Licences that move with youWe track which licences run and for how many people. Someone who has left and still holds a licence is a bill without a user, and that runs for years.
- Management and changesA new queue, an extra menu or one more colleague is an action at our end, not a project at yours.
What RingCentral plugs into
What it hangs together with in practice. If you already run these, the brand fits onto what is there instead of beside it.
- Microsoft 365 and Outlook
- Salesforce
- API and webhooks
Delivered worldwide
We deliver in the Netherlands, Belgium and Türkiye from our own offices, and beyond that through our distribution partners. On a larger batch the per-device price comes down.
Frequently asked
Do you supply RingCentral without management?
Yes. We supply and configure, and whether the management stays with us is a separate choice. What we do not do is resell a licence and leave the rest to you.
Which parts of RingCentral do you supply?
RingEX, RingCX, RingCentral Rooms, Mobile app. What you need follows from who works with it and for what, not from the bundle with the most ticks.
Can you take over an existing RingCentral environment?
Yes, and that starts with recording what is there: which licences run, which integrations exist and who may reach what. At a handover it is usually that record that is missing, not the software.
