NinjaOne manages workplaces and servers from one console: the state of the updates, the software installed, disk space, and remote takeover. It stands out on speed and on the console, where the older packages in this field are slow and cluttered, this one works the way someone expects.
Why NinjaOne, and where it stops
NinjaOne is the tool with which we manage workplaces, and it can be supplied separately to an IT department of your own that has several sites or a home-working crew under it. The gain is in the patching: the difference between "updates are on" and "I can show they are installed" is exactly what an audit or an insurer asks for. Where it stops: remote management is not security. It rolls out patches and reports what is missing; who reads the alerts and acts on them is a separate arrangement.

- What has to be on itA device delivered with your settings, software and security costs more than a box, and saves an installation day per unit. That is a choice, not a surcharge.
- Delivery and installationTo one address or to fifteen sites, with or without on-site placement, with or without taking away what was there. That difference is in the price and it is yours to steer.
