CONTEG is Czech and makes server racks and the cooling that goes with them: nineteen-inch racks in all sizes, aisle containment to separate hot and cold air, and coolers standing between the cabinets. The brand supplies many European data centres and telecom sites.
Why CONTEG, and where it stops
We choose CONTEG for a server room that gets too warm and where the answer is no longer a bigger air conditioner on the wall: cooling between the cabinets brings the cold air where it is needed instead of cooling the whole room. That saves power and it saves noise. Where it stops: supplying and placing the rack and the cooler we can do; the refrigerant piping, the outdoor unit and the structural part are work for a contractor. We make sure the temperature is measured on the network, so you know before something fails.
