What Bitdefender makes
Bitdefender supplies endpoint protection that scores high on detection and low on false positives in independent tests, year after year. That second part counts just as much: a scanner that cries wolf too often gets switched off by the user. Management runs through GravityZone, which also covers patching and disk encryption.
Why Bitdefender, and where it stops
Bitdefender is the pick when detection without noise weighs heaviest, for instance in an environment where users install software themselves and a scanner that complains too often is ignored within a week. It runs light and the console can be followed without a specialist. What you do not get with it is a firewall of its own; that stays with another brand.
