Apacer memory and industrial SSDs

We are a Apacer reseller: Industrial SSDs, Memory for servers, CFast cards, Memory modules. Delivered with the settings already on it, installed where that is needed, and with a price and lead time before you decide.

Workplaces

What Apacer makes

Apacer is Taiwanese and alongside ordinary memory supplies an industrial line: SSDs and modules that stay in production for years and keep a fixed composition. That last point is what sets it apart, with a consumer brand the contents of the same part number can change halfway, here they do not.

The trade-off

Why Apacer, and where it stops

Apacer comes into play with equipment that has to stay the same for years: a machine, a till system, a measuring cabinet, a device that has been certified and where a change means recertification. That an SSD is still available in three years and carries the same firmware is worth more there than speed. Where it stops: for an ordinary office workplace it is dearer than necessary, and then Kingston, Crucial or Samsung is the sober choice.

What the price depends on

We do not run a webshop, so there is no rate here that would not apply to your situation anyway. What is here is what the amount depends on, so you know what to send along to get one quickly.

  • Model and configurationWithin one product line the gap between the entry model and the heaviest variant is large. Tell us what the device has to do and we pick the configuration that fits, rather than the most expensive one that would.
  • The quantityOn a larger batch the per-device price comes down. Twenty at once is a different conversation from two, even when everything else is equal.
  • What has to be on itA device delivered with your settings, software and security costs more than a box, and saves an installation day per unit. That is a choice, not a surcharge.
  • Delivery and installationTo one address or to fifteen sites, with or without on-site placement, with or without taking away what was there. That difference is in the price and it is yours to steer.
  • Buying or renting, and for how longThe same equipment can be a purchase or a monthly amount across three or four years. That changes not only the figure but where it lands in the books, and it is the conversation with the most in it.

What we do around Apacer

Ordering a laptop is the easy part. What comes after it decides whether it works.

  • Ready on deliveryThe device arrives with your settings, software and security on it. Unbox and sign in, no setup day.
  • One model instead of tenA narrow range keeps spares, images and instructions manageable, and makes a fault quicker to fix.
  • Stock for the breakdownReplacement devices are ready, so a broken laptop costs half a day and not a week.
  • Take-back at the endAt end of life the device is collected, wiped and disposed of, with a statement that the data is gone.

What Apacer plugs into

What it hangs together with in practice. If you already run these, the brand fits onto what is there instead of beside it.

  • NVMe
  • DDR4 and DDR5
  • Windows Server

Delivered worldwide

We deliver in the Netherlands, Belgium and Türkiye from our own offices, and beyond that through our distribution partners. On a larger batch the per-device price comes down.

Frequently asked

Can we buy Apacer from you, or rent as well?

Both. Buying is cheaper over time, renting keeps the monthly figure predictable and the replacement arranged. We cost out both before you choose.

Which Apacer models do you supply?

We supply the business lines: Industrial SSDs, Memory for servers, CFast cards, Memory modules. Which one fits depends on what runs on it all day, not on what happens to be on offer.

What does it cost to get them ready for work?

That sits in the price per device and depends on the number and on what has to go on them. On a larger batch the per-device figure drops, because most of the work is one-off.
