What 1Password makes
1Password keeps a team’s passwords in vaults shared per department, so a departing colleague does not walk out with the accounting logins. The report that comes with it is more useful than it looks: it shows which passwords are reused and which turn up in a breach.

1Password beats a shared document full of passwords on every measure, and that is the comparison that matters in practice. Against Keeper the difference is small and mostly a question of which admin features you need; pick one and record who sets up the vaults, because two vaults side by side is worse than none.
