Request a quote
Tell us what you run and what has to change. Within five working days you get a written proposal with a fixed price and a fixed end date, and a straight answer if we think somebody else fits better.
What are we quoting for?
The fields below are what we need to price something properly. If you do not know an answer, leave it: an estimate is more useful than a blank, and we will ask about the rest in the call.
What makes a proposal accurate
None of this is required to send the form. It is what turns a rough estimate into a price we can hold.
- Roughly how many devices and usersA count within ten per cent is enough. It drives most of the price.
- How many sites, and whereA second location costs more than half a first one, so this matters more than headcount alone.
- The hours that actually matterWeekday office hours, evenings and weekends, or genuine round-the-clock cover.
- What is already thereWhich brands, roughly how old, and what is still under warranty or contract.
- What is going wrong nowThe complaint behind the request. It is usually the thing the proposal has to solve.
- When it has to be liveA date, even an approximate one, changes how we plan the work.
From request to a signed start
Four steps, with the time each one usually takes.
Same working day
We confirm receipt and say who picks it up. A name, not a ticket number.
Within two working days
A call of about thirty minutes to check what you sent and ask what is missing.
Within five working days
The written proposal: scope, price, end date, assumptions and what is explicitly not included.
In agreement with you
A planned start with a named contact, outside your peak hours.
What decides your price
We do not publish rates, because a figure without your cover hours, your number of sites and your existing estate in it is a number you cannot use. These are the five things that actually move it.
| Cover hours | The largest single variable. Weekday office hours, evenings and weekends, or genuine round-the-clock cover are three different services rather than three sizes of one. |
|---|---|
| Number of locations | A second site costs more than half a first one, because it needs its own connection, its own redundancy and remote management. |
| Number of users and devices | Most services are priced per user per month, so this scales the whole thing. A count within ten per cent is enough to start. |
| What is already there | An estate that is documented and under warranty is cheaper to take on than one that has been improvised for four years. |
| How regulated you are | Compliance obligations add logging, reporting and audit work that a professional services firm simply does not carry. |
Which of these apply to you decides almost everything, which is why the quote follows a conversation rather than a price list. What belongs in an IT budget is set out in what drives an IT budget.
When not to ask us
We would rather lose an hour than a year, so this is where we would send you elsewhere.
- You already have a full internal teamIf the roles are filled and the work is under control, adding us mostly adds a supplier. Individual projects are a different question.
- You need one specific product configured onceA single firewall change or one migration weekend is work for a specialist by the hour, not a managed contract.
- Price is your only criterionWe are not the cheapest and we will not pretend to be. If the lowest number wins regardless of what sits behind it, a smaller local party will beat us on that number.
- Your system change is already decided and runningWait until the dust settles. Taking over an environment mid-migration serves nobody.
What is behind the proposal
And if we are not the right party, we say so in that conversation rather than after you have read four pages.
- Externally auditedISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 14001, with Kiwa NEN 4400-1 for our staffing work.
- Since 2019, 150+ clientsMostly mid-market organisations in the Benelux, with retail as our leading sector.
- Everything picked up locallyYour contact and the people who do the work sit in the Netherlands or Belgium, at any hour of the day.
- Advice and delivery togetherWe write the plan and then carry it out, so nothing is lost in a handover.
Questions about the quote itself
What people ask before they fill this in.
Is a quote free and without obligation?
Yes. There is no charge for the conversation or the written proposal, and there is no follow-up sequence afterwards. If you decide against it we would appreciate hearing why, but that is a request rather than a condition.
How quickly do I get a price?
A written proposal within five working days of the call, and the call itself within two working days of your request. Where a site visit or a measurement is needed first, we say so immediately and give you a date rather than letting the clock run.
Do I have to know exactly what I want?
No. Roughly half the requests we get describe a problem rather than a solution, and that is a perfectly good starting point. What we do need is the size of your organisation and what is going wrong, because those two decide almost everything else.
Is the price in the proposal fixed?
Yes, along with the end date and the assumptions it rests on. If something turns out differently than assumed, we discuss it before we do the work rather than after. That is the whole point of writing the assumptions down.
Can you take over an environment somebody else built?
Yes, and most of the environments we manage were built before we were involved. We start with an inventory, say plainly what we find including what the previous party did well, and agree a transition rather than a switchover.
Not ready for a quote yet?
A conversation without a proposal attached is completely fine, and it is often the faster route.
One conversation is usually enough to tell
Thirty minutes on a call and you will know whether we fit, what it roughly costs and what the first step would be.
